This was my first visit where I had a consultation for implants. Dr. Rodriguez and the staff were wonderful! Dr. Rodriguez was very friendly and informative. Josefina was very helpful when I struggled filling out my intake forms. Sammie was friendly and throughly explained the financing options so that it was easy for me to choose. I will be recommending this office!

Very disappointing experience. I only saw the dentist for a couple of minutes and wasn't given an opportunity to ask questions about my condition or treatment options. The recommended treatment was very expensive, and when I advised my concerns about the cost, I was told not to worry because financing was available. I left feeling like the focus was on selling treatment rather than helping me understand my options. I did not feel comfortable moving forward and sought a second opinion. I was impressed with the x-ray tech and would recommend. UPDATE: I previously had a negative experience with Aspen Dental, so I feel it's only fair to update my review after my recent visit. This experience was completely different. The staff was friendly, I never felt pressured into buying additional services or treatment, and the only question they asked was whether I was comfortable throughout the procedure. They also ended up being the most affordable option after I compared prices. I appreciate the professionalism and care I received this time, and I'm glad I decided to give them another chance.

I had a great experience at Aspen Dental⁠ in Greensboro. I was able to get an appointment quickly, and the entire team made me feel comfortable from start to finish. The hygienist, dental assistants, and dentist were all friendly, professional, and thorough throughout my X-rays, exam, and discussion of my future treatment plan. My dental needs are a bit of a project, but the dentist was genuinely excited to work with me and help create a plan to improve my smile. I’m excited to continue this journey with their team and hopeful that I’ll finally achieve the smile I never thought I could have. Highly recommend

This location is absolutely unacceptable. I waited for more than an hour for my wisdom teeth removal surgery, and the employees were slow and unprofessional. They allowed a patient to come through with her dog, which was clearly not a service animal. I kept asking when my appointment would be, and kept being told “ten more minutes, ten more minutes.” And that turned into 1.5 hours. And this is AFTER they called to change my appointment from 11am to 2pm. The lady next to me had been waiting for nearly two hours before she was called back. So many people were waiting that I had to sit on the arm of a chair instead of an actual chair. I consider myself a patient person but this was unacceptable. I will not be returning to this location. The Winston Salem location is a 40 minute drive but I prefer that office a thousand times over
